Our Program
There is no cost for our program residents at The Christmas Village. All that’s required is a cooperative attitude, a willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to volunteer at Village Confections that helps pay for expenses at The Christmas Village. Our residence is not just a house, it is a home. Our residents are responsible for the chores, cooking, and maintaining an air of cooperation, laughter, and love. In return, we provide for their needs during their stay with us:
- Physical (housing, food, and clothing)
- Spiritual (daily Bible study, weekly church attendance)
- Educational (assistance in obtaining GED if no high school diploma)
- Emotional (counseling)
- Life Skills (parenting, money management, etc.)
- Job Skills (we help our residents find their passion)
